Excellent accommodation with a large, beautifully furnished property and great pool. We were 10 adults plus a child and appreciated that each couple had a room and bathroom. Plenty of outdoor space and a well-equipped kitchen. Fabio and Serena are very friendly and attentive. The pizza evening with an on-site pizzaiolo was a real highlight.

The villa is beautiful, with a large garden full of fruit and a very clean pool. However, for the daily rate, some services could be improved: in our third villa we almost never had hot water in the shower, and towels were only provided once for the whole week, even though cleaning was done every three days. The area is quite isolated without a car and some nearby towns and streets are not very clean. The sea, however, is perfect and Fabio is very helpful and attentive.

Fabio’s villa is truly a gem: the common areas are spacious and well maintained, and the individual villas are equipped with every comfort and finished down to the smallest detail. Fabio was an always-available and responsive host.

Our family felt completely at home, and I highly recommend this option to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

An extraordinary property arranged with great taste down to the smallest details. The area is very quiet. You need a car to explore the surroundings. To the sea is about 10 minutes by car. Fabio is excellent and available at any time and very operative. I received many recommendations from him regarding beaches, restaurants, etc. We will definitely come back

This place is an oasis with a large, walled garden, separate areas for pizza, barbecue, and a playground, plus a big central pool. The three houses offer many beds and bathrooms, cleaned regularly along with the pool. You need a car, but we all loved our stay and highly recommend this accommodation.

A truly 5‑star luxury experience in a beautiful, tastefully designed property. Fabio went above and beyond, even arranging a private pizza dinner with a local chef for our group. We were two families with children and everyone had a great time. The three separate houses offer privacy, while shared spaces like the pool and outdoor kitchen are fantastic. Beaches and restaurants are only a 10‑minute drive away.
